Rhea Harder was born on February 27, 1976 in East Berlin. She is a German actress. She is most recognized for her roles in several German television programs. From 1996 to 2002, Harder portrayed Florentine ‘Flo Spira’ Spirandelli da Montalban in the television series Gute Zeiten, schlechte Zeiten. From 2003 to 2005, she portrayed Sarah Hermann in Berlin, Berlin, and from 2005 to 2007, she played Valerie Kopp in Alles außer Sex. Since 2006, she has played Franziska ‘Franzi’ Jung, a police officer in the series Notruf Hafenkante.
